What is the wheel of life balance

The wheel of life balance is a method that shows how you feel, what areas of life you should focus on and where you get the resources to work on those areas.

The wheel consists of 9 priorities, or areas of life. When you have successfully achieved all 9 priorities, you feel happy, the wheel of life balance spins forward and helps to grow.

To assess the current state of your life, rate each focus as a percentage. At the end of the test, you will see the result and the related recommendations.
